Lionel Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo have expanded their excellent real estate portfolio with the purchase of a magnificent property.

According to Architectural Digest, the soccer player has had residences in Barcelona, Miami, Ibiza, and his homeland of Rosario, Argentina, and now has a $10.7 million property in Ford Lauderdale as part of his relocation to Inter Miami.

Beautiful overhead photographs show the magnificent 10,500-square-foot estate that the football star, his wife, and their three sons, Thiago, Mateo, and Ciro, will call home.

With 8 bedrooms, 912 baths, a three-car garage, two private boat docks, and a luxury spa and swimming pool, there’s enough space for the busy family.

It is located in Fort Lauderdale’s ultra-exclusive guard-gated Bay Colony complex and provides privacy for the A-List family. The guarded gate allows his security guard, Yassine Chueko, to relax, knowing they are safe at home.

According to the New York Post, it was built in 1988 by designer Lori Morris and was featured in Florida Design magazine. The vast beachfront property is within a 15-minute drive from his new team’s DRV PINK headquarters. The stadium is conveniently located for the 36-year-old athlete.

Forbes estimates the 36-year-old sporting phenomenon’s net worth to be over $600 million. Messi inked a jaw-dropping $50-60 million deal with David Beckham’s soccer team, so the purchase was well within his means.

Messi already owns three coastal houses in Florida, giving a new level of luxury to the infamous “Florida Man.”
